A fifth-generation Charlotte County native, Kristin L. 波尔克 is deeply rooted in her community. She pursued her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at the University of Florida and subsequently earned her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 2009. Throughout her law school journey, Kristin was an active member of Phi Delta Phi, the international legal honor society. Balancing her education with real-world practice, she worked as a law clerk during her part-time law program.

After a stint at a Tampa foreclosure law firm, Kristin felt the call to return to her hometown of Punta Gorda. 在这里, she dedicated herself to the intricacies of family law, providing invaluable support to community members navigating delicate situations.

Kristin generously offers her time as a volunteer Magistrate for Charlotte County Baker Acts. And when it's time to recharge, she can often be found with her family at Disney in Orlando or in a cabin in Georgia.
